Goteborg is still stuck in the Scandinavian 'cheesy' zone, which means nearly all clubs are playing club pop tunes and nordic cheesy tracks. Most clubs are on Avenyn, but its worth exploring around. There are really great pubs here, Irish, English, Spanish but drinks don't come cheap. Happy hours are frequent after working hours. Well worth a trip if you fancy a couple of beers. Nivå is restaurant/pub/disco/nightclub is situated on the big street Avenyn in Gothenburg. In the nights, especially during the weekends this place is one of the hottest in Gothenburg, with a lot of party!
Henriksberget is a nice pub at Stigbergstorget in Masthugget. You can go up on the roof from where you have a nice view on the harbor. Nefertiti is a Jazz club, which offers concerts, but also evenings for dancing. |
